Even the well established country like Britain, the postal authority still bowing to the market's desire not to abuse their power. Therefore they phase out the high-value £10 stamp. Meanwhile this action is also a golden opportunity for stamps collectors to gain a value added because of the limitation quantity of the stamp's production.
